Team work is very intrinsic word as per as IT developers are concerned. As per as my knowledge is concerned I believe –

“Team is not the group of people; it is co-operative unit come together to share responsibility to achieve common goal and interests.” –Shweta Kulkarni

Best Example of Team work is Bill Gates, Paul Allen. They had brought the term into reality.

They not only gave powerful meaning to the term of “ team work” but also continuously proved it by achieving their common goal and shown to the world that if you will work together as a team you will reach to the target soon rather than working individually. Because one person cannot create a team. There should be practical step on, on the member’s activity along with team lead. Team success is not only depend on individual‘s success but depend on the thinking of team towards achieving the success for common goal. Team member and team leader should never forget that progress of team will be the progress of all. Team leader is not for bossing but to drive the all team members towards goal. Team members are not to pull leg of others rather than be together to beat the challengers.
